Need sub(s) that can handle 2500rms

Hey. I just blew 1 of my L7s running off an Orion 2500d amp. I need to know what subs you guys would suggest running with that amp. I dont really have a budget just throw some subs out to me. Thanks

Mmats Juggernaut for spl or dreadnaut for less spl with some sq, kinda

Alpine type r's like 4 of them would slam nice with that amp and still have some good sq.

Might want to check on the orion h2's. Heard those sound good and get loud.

id love to see someone with a 5000spl, havnt seen anyone with one that i recall. im very impressed with the lower spl lines that pioneer has out(1500/2000spl's, the new 3000's cant wait to get mine:veryhapp: )

You are the first person I have ever seen that reccomended a Mmats sub on here... I have a Dreadnaut and love it. I am not sure how it would like 2500w though, seeing as how the RMS is 1000w... I have the 12" version, and it is louder than my two 12" HX2's I previously had. I will be sending it more watts soon:up2somet:

Have had the juggernaut a couple years ago and I did well in comp. with it and well just got tired of the pure bass lol! Also the dreadnaut could take that wattage give he dosent go nutz with the gain. Then again he did blow the l7 lol! \

Also about the spl5000. That is a true monster but have to say is only spl. If you want the line of pioneer that is good on sq and spl then the 3004 are the way to go.

Should be fine as long as you keep your gains down. Just be careful when you start to smell a voicecoil burning up lol! j/k Those dreadnaut's to me seem to be very underrated.
