Need specs on these Autotek amps please...

Just got these from a friend. They both power up but go into protect. Wanting to know what the specs are on each so I can determine if they are worth getting fixed or not.

good amps i still have my 601x mint from yrs ago. i have a mint 200x to match but a channel went out when speaker blew and shorted...
