Need specific features from a HU. HELP!

Seeking help from the experts.

I got just about everything I need for my setup except the HU. There are 3 things I am looking for and I just can't seem to find something that has all 3. ( I am not good at searching)

1. Removable faceplate: Good bit of theft here and I want to deter it somewhat.

2. 3 sets of clean pre-outs: 5volt if possible. Nice to have a crossover/ hi-pass,low-pass as well. Going to run 3 amps. ( Front/Rear/Sub )

3. Aux Input: I have a Sirius tuner and would like to plug directly into the unit. The FM transmitter sucks with satelite radio.

Looking to spend about $300 max. Like to find a CD deck with great SQ and all the features above. Been searching for 2 days and my heads spinning.

Bought it! Good deal!

I never came across this on Crutchfield because its listed as not fitting my 2001 Venture. Going to try to make it work.

I like the fact that its Crutchfield as well. The are alot more expensive usually but not in this case. Nobody can touch their customer support.
