Hi All,
I installed a new Kenwood Excelon KDC-X304 head unit in my daughters 1995 Wrangler. It did have an updated old radio so not factory original but nothing fancy otherwise just 2 dash speakers and head unit so in mind this was as simple as it gets. Anyways installed the new head unit and all was fine for about a month. All of sudden it did not have any sound on bluetooth, CD, radio, or USB connection. Sometimes when starting up the car it would work and sometimes not for about 2 weeks. I called crutchfield and they figured it was an internal amp issue and were nice enough to send a new head unit which I just installed and I still have no sound. I checked all of the wires in the wiring harness and all are tight and no lose wires. It is possible a fuse controls just the speakers or what would be some things I should look for next?
