So you guys can see how this has been going for me. I am following what you guys say and have done the 9V and 12V thing off batteries to positive and negative. No movement! Glad I didn't sell this here to someone first and actually had it checked first or I would have double explaining to do. E-mails:

I took two wires and stripped both ends. Ran the hot from + and - to ground. It didn't move. Did you phone the shop at the number below yet? Give them a call and they will explain it to you 100%. I am not an audiophile so I can't tell you what it is like they can. After you call them you let me know what you want me to do since this sub is no good at all to me. I definately want this back on its way to you by tomorrow since it is a paperweight at this point. I paid quick and did everything 100% correct. I only expect the same. I am no crook or have done one single thing with this sub other than put it on this audio shops counter and ask them to check it for DOA. The only other thing I did was last night run my own test trying to get it to move with voltage. Call me: 302

Well how did you try to put 12V to it directly if you dont have the sub then?

I am not unhappy. Only that I took it straight to the audio shop and they said it is DOA. It hasn't been tampered with. Here is the shop's number:
1-410-620-
or toll free 1-800-620-
Audio Unlimited
Ask for the owner Jeff since he is the one that tested it and can fill you in on what he saw. While you have him on the phone ask him if he will put power to it for me this evening. I don't have terminals in my car like it takes. Mine are slip on so he is my only shot at getting power to it. I know it worked for you as you stated. It isn't here so I have no idea if something shifted or got messed up along the way but I am just stating what four people in that shop yesterday told me about the sub.

Everything you are telling me just does not add up. How do you explain that it was working fine and now you are telling me the sub does not move at all? It just does not make sense. I promise if you send it back and I test it out and it does not work as you state and everything is how it was when shipped I will refund the money. Or you can save yourself the trouble and test it out yourself on an amp. If all you want is a refund because you were not happy with the purchase you should of just stated that. If I get the sub back and it looks like it has been tampered with then there is nothing I can do. It doesnt seem like you are acknowleding what I am telling you that it was working like it did new. I mean check my feedback, I dont sell junk.

I didn't see any damage to the box or crate at all. The shipping stuff is so nice I will just send it back again in that. I would rather you send the Pay-Pal back before I ship it to be fair. I wouldn't want to pay shipping again and have it leave hoping I get a refund later and have nothing to show.

Like I said there was nothing wrong with the sub when it was shipped out, I tried it in my friends car and it ran fine. I als moved the cone in and out the coils moved fine the sub sounded fine and everything was ok. I am not sure what you are talking about. If you want ship it back and I will check it out and refund if what you are saying is correct. This sub was shipped in working condition, only way for it to be damaged was in shipping.

I only have an SE which is a couple of notches down. I tried putting 12 volts to it just now and it didn't move in or out. It should have. I would really rather just ship it back to you since I don't want to put power to it and be responsible for possibly more going wrong. Can you send the refund tomorrow by Noon and I will just ship it on my FedEx back.
