need some sirius hellp

im from canada and want to get us programming on a sirius receiver, im new to this and i was wondering if someone could reccomend a receiver thats the best, i would use it inmy vehcle at the cottage, and at home, i have a sirius ready clarion deck if that helps to, I would like to just move the receiver and not the antenna and wiring/ If someone could help me find one either e-bay or wherever ,and also what to saty away from

i cant find a comparison list between us and canadian

i mainly like rock. so is there a reason to just go canadian

i like the hip and some can bands but what channels will i miss?
