Need some nice, crisp speakers.

fine... i understand that you think they sound celar..

i just hope that you undersatnd taht I (and im sure amny people out there) have just lost pretty much any semblance of respect for your opinions (at least in this area...)

I truly hope that one day, when you can feel me bumpin all the way up in the mountains, and can still hear the vocals, crisp and clean, you understand //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

OK to me and 1000's of other people Pyramid's sound clear.

If pyramid was such a bad company how come they've been around longer than many of the bigger names, wouldn't they have gone under from lack of support

I know that RF, PG, Alpine, Pioneer and 100's of other brands are better.

I can also name quite a few brands that sound worse.

And as for respect, my work is respected by those that hear it.

I've done 100's of installs for friends (most with more $$$, and better equipment, some with less)

What a few people who are so caught up in the more $$$ = Better product circle think is not exactly one of my top worries.

I will continue to express my opinions in this and many other forums.

IF I'm so wrong, How come in many of my posts people have not only agreed with me, but have also argued my side.

This is a forum is it not?

Is a forum not for people to come in express their opinions and argue why they have them.

which thousands of people?

find me one person (aside from you lol) on these baords who ahve heard Pyramids, and in turn have heard sdomething decent and still hoenstly think they sound good....

well you say for 40 bucks a pair and i can promise you my canton componets that i only paid 100 for sound 1000000000 times better than your pyramid. i can almost garuntee you haven't even heard of canton but anyone who has heard them knows they are fantastic. pyramid= crap nothing more the reason they are around is b/c people who are cheap and see big wattage think they are good.

BIG WATTAGE MEANS NOTHING.

claiming a speaker is better beause the wattage is higher, is like claiming your car will go faster because it has a bigger engine.

not true.

I see people go after the high wattage equipment only to be disappointed when my "cheap" speakers sound better (probably because they don't know how to set-up a system).

If I had the money I would go out and get a set of JBL's but when you have to pay $1500/month in bills/rent/insurance you are't left with a whole lot.

As all of us know with the proper install you can make the PC speaker from your computer sound good

And FYI.

I only buy what you can find at places like - Future Shop, A&B Sound, SoundSurround, Audio Koncepts

ummm big wattage means nothing...

then why were you going on about teh :600 watts" that your can handle?

oh, and my computer speakers sound fantastic...

four point surround with a subwoofer.. not too shabby...

if i was using your mic, i could probablly bump up near 174...

plus sound BETTER than a concert....

Who mentioned anything about the speakers attached to your sound card.

I'm talking the little 2" speaker inside the case that beeps when you screw up

I mentioned the 600watts because that is what they handle.

I was guessing that someone looking at speakers would take wattage into account, because I do.

Yes High wattage means nothing, but if you buy high wattage speakers, you need high wattage amps to run them.

If I just said go buy these speakers. and buddy hooked them to his deck, yeah they will sound like crap because he'd be supplying about 20 watts each.

Well, for your information... the bulk of MY system was purchased at Future Shop...

do you see Pyramid?

I ahve yet to see any Pyramid stuff at Future Shop..

even teh dimwads there know its crap...

And FYI - I'm sure those beeper speakers sound better (and make cooler lights) than your Pyramids.....

oh and if you can buy that stuff at those otehr shops... little hint...

SHOP ELSEWHERE

Actually CA&E recomends Jensen for tight budgets.

in case you never heard of 'em CA&E is CAR AUDIO AND ELECTRONICS MAGAZINE.

One of the most Respected, bought and sold car audio mags you can get.

They've also had a few pyramid articles over the years.

I should point out that I will argue untill proven wrong.

All I see so far is people dissing me because I can make pyramids sound good while they can't.

hey, little question big man..

ever see them review anyone but who advertises?

also, ever see them reveiw.mention little names?

Adire, Elemental DEsigns, Resident Engineering, Blueprint, hell, I cnat even remember seeing DD anywhere recently..

sorry son... dont base all your knowledge and opinions out of magazines....

not exactly unbiased reporting...

its like gettin your speakers from a flea market....
