Hi all,

I own and have been running a PG titanium 800.1 amp to drive my RE XXX.

I have been running it at 2 ohms for approx 800 watts RMS, but I noticed that the manual states the amp is "1 ohm stable". (it is a mono amp)

Is this true? And if so, what is the output of this amp at 1 ohm mono?

I have both called PG and emailed them, and thusfar have gotten no response.

I am hoping one of you guys is running this amp and knows.

Thanks!

The old zx and TI series from PG are freakin tanks. I have owned a zx350, zx250, ti400, ti600 and have run everyone of them at 1ohm. With the built in fans they manage to stay fairly cool. Not to mention that the amps are underrated and make lots of power. Dont be afraid to run it at 1ohm. I've had to really run the shit out of them at 1ohm to get them to shut off.
