need some ideas for a crazy person living under us

hey we have a crazy old lady living under us that I am trying to make mad enough to move she yells at us everytime we see her she says we park in the wrong spots are dog pees in the grass and she can smell dog pee that we leave cigeret butts in the grass even though we dont smoke just something new every day

she calls the cops about this stuff and the owner of the apartments they all say not to worry she is just crazy and hope she moves

anyways we want to piss her off enough to move but not do anything against the law
