Need some help with a setup

I have a 97 dodge ram 2500 ext cab, and bought 2 Alpine SWR-1242D. I've been looken all around and can only find one box that'll fit a 12" speaker under the rear seat which is this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trkparms=tab%3DWatching&viewitem=&item=300153588223&_trksid=p3907.m32

Anyone know if this box is any good, or how much it would cost me to have a box about this size built for under my rear seat? Also I have 2 amps that had layen around and not sure which one I should use. First one is a Autotek Street Machine 800Xi, second one is a Profile California 2600. Anyone know the specs on these amps or which one I should use. I tried to lookem up but couldn't find any info onem.

Never heard of a Profile California 2600. The highest model # I've heard of is the 2000. You can look at http://www.profileusa.com

I don't see it on there either, their both older models. It looks like this one, same style except its 2 channel with sub X-over. It doesn't have the little writing above the Profile writing and below the red bar though. I don't have a camera or I'd take a few pics.
