Need some help wiring jl w7 subs 3ohm sc??

I know with 3x 8w7 3ohm subs you can get

1ohm ' how i have it now' but i want to use a diff amp that does best 2ohm at mono load

and with 2x 3ohm subs you can get 1.5ohm or 6ohms (Parallel/Series) right? I can use 2 subs and rub 6ohms but using all 3 would rock as i can use the same box i have now

can you Parallel/series 3x 3ohm subs and get like 4.5-5ohms? do this buy series the first 2x sc 3ohm subs to 6ohms then running that to the last 3ohm sub in Parallel?

three s3 = 9 or 1

What is with everyone always hating JL? Ive always thought them to be good subs. Ive rocked many different JL's over time and had zero problems or issues but with that said Id have to say I dont really like these 3ohm voice coils, wtf is that all about?
