Need some help designing an 8th order BP box.

Lol. Good luck getting any help with any BP, let alone an 8th order. Since it's just an 8, I would just make some shit up and start building. Or, at the very least, try an online calculator for a starting point. Let me know how it turns out. I might try one for one of my eD 3.6's today just for shits and giggles.

you were bashing audiodave in his thread, and here I see you want to build an '8th order' which doesn't even exist.... 6th order is a dual-reflex. WinISD is great software for designing boxes, and it's free.

8th order bandpass certainly does exist.

lsp cad can calculate it, if its still available anywhere. But it has a very steep learning curve. I've gotten frustrated and given up many times.

Huh. I've never heard them called '8th order', always a 'tri-port' Bose used to use them a lot way back in the day.

7th order has passive crossover added onto it, which I think is pretty stupid in a car.
