need some decent midbass for my rearfill. suggestions?

thinking about either adding a better set of 6x9's or replacing them with some 6.5" or 7" midbass woofers. what kind of midbass drivers would you suggest? i dont have a budget in mind

shit. i was even thinking about a tang band 6x9 subwoofer. removes the custom install, and im sure delivers a hell ofalot better bass response than these POS pioneers i got back there

ditch the rear speakers. yes, cut the wire. spend that extra money on a better front-stage

Not a bad ideal lol, but it doesn't answer your question. While I agree, your frontstage is most inportant, rear fill is not bad is used properly. I used to run a set of Alpine 6.5's for rear fill, and that did very well. They do have some bump to them as far as your bass is conserned, and you don.t have to dump alot of money to do it. The forum here stresses front stage, and i can't dissagree with that, I would put your money there before you go to rear fill.
