As you can see I moved the woofer over and have enough room to throw an additional one in if need be.

You do realize that every subwoofer requires a certain amount of enclosure volume, correct?

Ya, I thought of that afterwards...

But I figure this box should work good for my one Type R. When I figured it out in WinISD, it basically told me that the bigger the box the better. I think it said the optimum box was like 6.5 cubes.

??? Those are nowhere near the same port area.

Honestly, a single 6" or a pair of 4" ports works fine with 15" woofers and actually gives you the opportunity to tune into the lower 30's depending on the box volume.

Let's say I go with a single 6". Who sells them? I can't find any on the forums here (there's so much crap to dig through, search brings up a million results) and there's 1 for sale on eBay.

Also, plugged a 6" into that calculator and it shows that I'm looking at about a 15.5" port length. Does this sound about right?

^^^You need to add an inch for the aeroport because of the flares on the end.

partsexpress.com has them, just search for aeroport....they're not cheap though.
