Ok I recently purchased 2 kicker 15" 04' comp. vr's and I am looking for the right amp to power these subs. They are dual 4ohm and I want to run 500+ watts to each sub, but i want to try and keep the price atleast under $400. I have been looking at Power Acoustik amps and i have given a lot of thought about the Power Acoustik A1800DB. Would this be a good amp for my subs? Or are there any other good suggestions?

you're looking for an amp that does 1000w - 1200w rms at 1 ohm, there are quite a few that do that kind of power for less than $400, look around on sites for them
