Need some advice

Hey everyone,

Here is the set up so far.

2 cvx 15s in a custom box/Ported

the subs are wired to 1ohm being pushed by a alphasonic amp.

however the subs drown out the mids and highs.

so i was thinking of getting the following

Clarion eq

Kappa 6.5 Comp front(making a baffle to mount 6.5 and tweet in the 5x7 spot)

Kappa 6x9 or the 5x7 rear

and than another set of tweets on the pillars.

Planning on using the PG Octane 800 4 ch to push them.

What do you guys think. is it a good set up or should I get something else. or maybe swapping out the amp for a fosgate 400.4

whats you budget?

the Clarion EQ will work.

those Kappa's are ok, you can find better in the same price range as those Kappa's

the amp you have will do fine.

buy a good set of comps Like Hertz.

with the tweeters you should play with the placement & aiming of them, then you might not need a image tweeter.

dont forget deadener
