Need Some Advice

I have 2 10' Sony xplodes that I have had for about 6 years and have had no problem. Recently I had them installed into my 03 Altima. I have a little bit of an issue, for some reason one sub will stop working and the other one will work, then they will switch. I know they are not blown because they hit hard.. when they are working. Sometimes they both stop workin and if I give them a little tap they start working. Does anyone know what this possibly could be? I took one of the subs out and played with the connection and had it working but the other one was not..

Im very confused about this... can some give me some advice with would greatly appreciated. Thanks again...

Check all your connects ins,outs,power,grounds,etc first.

another thing i would do is pull the subs completely out and set down. Then push directly in the middle (very lightly just enough to move it) if theres resistance or any scrapping theres a good chance there on there way out.
