Need sealed enclosure built, Local to Frederick MD

Looking for someone to build a quality sealed box for my 15" subwoofer. I recently started hearing this annoying rattle...turned out to be the cheap prefab box. It was fine for the 10 months I have owned it, don't really know what happened.

Dimensions are going to be 36Lx16Hx9D. May go a little depper closer to 4cuft. not 100% sure at the moment. I don't care about the space in my trunk.

Must be within reason to Frederick MD. Not looking to have it shipped.

Not looking to spend a ton of money on this. I know you generally get what you pay for, but price is a factor.

dont know many people who are close 2 you that builds boxes you may have to get it shipped but shipping wont be exspensive at all from @double 07 ; your close and with a single sealed box in arouco wood it will be light and cheap with a business acct

I think we have a few people from up that way. Not sure if any of them build though, I'm sure if you keep this bumped every day or so you will find out if there is anyone near you building.
