Need OS ASAP PLEASE HELP

Hey guys my computer crashed and I am only able to use the lab computers until I can get an OS for mine. If anyone has one please let me know. I will pay for it to be shipped ASAP. Thanks a ton in advanced. Until then you guys wont be seeing me much :sad5:

What OS do you need? I got access to them all.
