need opinions on SECOND SKIN DISCOUNT

I have recently decided to change a few things about the Second Skin discount to forum members.

Here are my ideas, let me know what you think.

CURRENT

40% discount on all products accept Damplifier

50% discount on Damplifier

Free shipping on all products

CHANGES

40% discount on all products

50% off all products if you take & send me pics of the install

Free shipping on all products

I have been running in to a hard time keeping my books straight while offering different discounts for different products.

If i could off er 2 discounts, one at 40% one at 50% then it would be a lot easier than having 1 order with 3 products, and 2 different discounts.

I plan on putting all the pics I get on a simple HTML site, maybe even an easy Sounddomain page. with a brief tutorial for each car, so people can look up all the cars to see how it is done for their car, and if their car is not there, then at least they can see a variety of cars getting damped to get a better understanding of the damping process.

It sounds good, and that would help with the books too. lord know keeping em straight is hard enough (accounting class sucks).

Also how will you make sure people send you the pics?

Maybe do something like after they send u pics u give them a coupon for their next purchase?

You could try something like..... 10% off per pic, maximum of 4 pics. That would deffinatly intise me to take some pics.

or you could say the first picture is 25% of and each additional pic is 5% off maximum of 4.

the new changes sounds good.

some ppl like me have second skin already installed, n i need more still, so for ppl like us we could send u pics before hand.

for ppl who havne't put anythin in their cars yet would be a little bit more complicated, but i think the 40% now, n coupon for extra 10% later would be the easiest. doing the refunds or MAil in Rebate type would prob mean more book keepin for u ant.

That sounds like the best idea.

That way people that take pics will still get their discount but in order to get their full 50% off they still gotta do the work.

Iunno, kind of sketchy, but try what you can. But if you dont thats ok because those discounts you have on that stuff is already pretty killer!
