Need opinions of this box

Hey all, I'm new here but looking to get opinions on this enclosure design. I'm trying to preserve as much trunk space as possible, but the box looks rather small. Could any expert tell me if I would still be able to get maximum performance out of a 12" sub within this design?

It says it comes loaded with a sub, so I imagine JL matched the sub to the box nicely.

hmm you're right, I guess I'll have to get a custom job done locally for a 12"
