Exactly. Tommy McKinney runs 2 12" SEs sealed per IA 20.1 @ 18-19v, seeing about 1,500 rms per sub most likely. Sometimes after a 1 minute bassboxing run, there is pieces of woofer cone flying around in the cabin.Yea, Re SE are great speakers for the price, but people just keep pushing the envelope.

Next thing you know people run them daily at 1500w because people think they are gods gift to Car audio.
With my SE 12's still my favorite woofer ive ever owned, anything after 900w was almost useless anyways. It was doing all it could do at around 900w.
SE's will work fine for that amp if he sets it for 1200 watts unclipped...The SEs would work with that amp... If you had 4-6 of them.
