Need new speakers and an amp

Ok, so I am looking for a good set of 6.5" components for my front doors, an amplifier to power them, and a cheap-ish set of 5.25" for behind my seats. this whole setup is going in my 08 Ram 1500 single cab, which I just got a new HU for, and don't want to blow my rear speakers, which is the only reason I'm getting rear speakers at all. My budget is $400-$500, which I know is on the low side. I was thinking of getting the ID CTX65s for my fronts and a Kicker zx350.2 to power them. I don't know which rear ones to go with, so I need some help on that. Don't tell me to just take out my rear speakers and leave the hole there, I won't.

I have a Memphis PR300.2 with a missing set screw for the remote terminal, that I havn't made any effort to replace, that I powered my CTX65cs' with. I am looking for 115 plus shipping for it.
