1969 Chrysler Imperial (or 68)

great condition (body).. chrome trim, hardly any rust, needs restoration... full seats front and back, no tears or scratches in material

you know nothing about motors. A 400ci motor is nothing special, especially when you have no particular car in mind. So your just going to pick up a beater, and tune whatever motor it has in it and how? Rebuild the carb to it actually runs? Then what, yank the old iron heads off and flow, **** with them? then what, go through the bottom end, new bearing, new rods to match your high compression pistons? Swap out to a roller cam along with new pushrods, rockers, valve lash caps if necessary?. No your not, you don't have the tools, skills, and ability to perform such work.

The cars that you listed in your 1st post, DO NOT have 400ci+ inch motors in then. More like 355's and 350's some have 302 /305 etc....lolz

i beg to differ. And i actually build / maintain what you would call big motors.

such a hater im just trying to get into the scene and i never claimed i knew alot or that the first mentioned cars had 400ci motors, it was used as an examp.

im surprised to hear a person who"builds/ maintains what you call big motors" to hate on somebody who shows interest in what they claim to know alot about.

You gotta start somewhere as im sure you did
