At what kind of bitrate...
If it's under 256k, it's not even worth it. 320k isn't even that great.
You will not beable to tell a difference between the two. Most of my albums are 192k-256k. Some floyd albums are 320k but most are 192-256k. I have some that are 128 and lower and i usualy delete those and try and find a cleaner version of it.

If you have a good stereo you can tell the difference between 192k and 256k, but I would disagree that anything below 256k is worthless.
