Need more info about these Kickers,please.

I got these of a friend of mine a couple years ago (for free) when they were practically new. I have been running them as they are and letting an old Kenwood do the pushing.

I want to build another box for them and get a bigger amp but I can't find any info on them.

They are an older model and I think their specs are the same as the basic 10" Kickers but I just wanted to make sure.

Here they are.

I'm also thinking of just scraping them and getting a good single 12" in a sealed box as I don't need too much thump.

Do that. Those speakers are nice, but 1 12" would do you alot better.

why get rid of speakers that you already have? just use those.

Well, I was thinking of getting rid of them or rather stashing them away because the way I have them right now they sound like crap.

It might be the box or the fact that I running them off of a Kenwood KAC-821 which only puts out 75WRMS @ 4 Ohm x 2.

Before I go out and get something else I want to build a box for one of those subs and I'll try to give it some decent power. That's why I was looking for more info on them as the Kicker site only had info on the current models. I don't even know how much power is enough for one of those subs.

They are in decent shape and it would be a waste to just dump them but sometimes it's better to cut your losses and start a new.
