Is this box not right for this sub or is the amp not set right it is driving me nuts. And when i do get the sub to hit on some songs it hits too hard for the others and is bottoming out. Haha. You found this box in ROE? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Because for my first slot port box I used these dimmensions for this pic. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I had one Type R 1222D, powered by mrd-m1005 @ 4Ohms and rap sounded great, there was a lot low freq.

Have you set subsonic filter? Set it to 15 or 30Hz.

You wired sub @ 2Ohms?

What car?

I think all songs are recordered different, with different low frequencies, so this is why some songs don't sound good.

For example when I listed Gangsta Boo - Da blow I can gain volume alot and all car are flexing and sub works fine (and everyone hear what I listen //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif). And for example if I listen NAS - Hip Hop Is Dead I can't gain volume so much as with first song because NAS song has very low freq. and sub don't work well.

ok well i only have 15 and 30Hz for my subsonic. and yes subs are ran at 2 Ohms

this box is in an ext. cab s10 zr2. what can i do to fix this build another box or what im tired of having to turn down the volume and than turn up the volume with every song change
