Looks solidly built, the blue circuit board reminds me of a Zed build, but I dont know who made it for Autotek.

I'd like to have it, that's for sure.

In good condition, about $200-250. It's hard to gauge since those XS amps don't come up very often, and a lot of times they're kinda beat up...they are 10 years old after all.
