Need Ideas

I have 2 Subwoofers laying around in the house for a long time now, A 12" Pioneer 500rms 4 ohm SVC and a 15" Kicker L7 D4ohm. I've been trying not to sell them just to have something spare in the house, but I'm getting tired of all the mess the house.

-Can you give me ideas of what can I do with them(that doesn't take a lot of space)?

I thought about that, but they told me I need to built a big enclosure for that, around 6 cu ft and I don't like that idea.

-Do you think a 3.0 ft^3 slot-port tuned @ 35Hz enclosure that I have will work good for home use(mostly used for music)?

-Also, Any opinions on what to use to fully power this L7 D4ohms?

it is possible... power convertor and amp... plug into wall... boyah beatin!!!

3.0 will be fine. Most home receivers are 8 ohms to. So wire the sub to that. And let her rip

a lot of newer home amps are going into the lower ohm load amps. Also look into pro audio gear if you are looking for something with a lot of power. Tn Series - Power Amps - Commercial Audio - Products - Yamaha United States

Try to get a big a$$ plate amp from somewhere like Parts Express and let that L7 rip!

with the yamaha stuff you have to contact an authorized dealer.
