my kenwood kdc-bt652u it doesnt want to pick up my 12's there is no bass and i dont no why my amp is on to. it was working before i changed the battery on my mustang

There may be a "sub on/off" setting on your head unit somewhere.

yep, read the owner's manual to verify the sub output is on and that the sub level is up.
