I have 2 12 kenwood svc 4 ohm 400 watt rms subs. a mono block amp Crunch P1-1050.1 which is 500 watt x1 4 ohm, 1000 watt x1 2 ohm. my box is a ported single chamber down middle. my box also has 2 terminals 1 on each side . how should I wire my subs to get the best performance.

That's simple.

Amp (+) ~~~~~~> (+) sub #1 ~~~~~~> (+) sub #2

Amp (-) ~~~~~~> (-) sub #1 ~~~~~~~> (-) sub #2

You can connect the wires (respectively) together at the amp if you dont want to get rid of your box. This will give you a 2ohm mono load. (1000 watts)
