need help

I guess that says alot in it self.. i suppose you could hook the sub up to the amp and turn the volume up and using a volt meter see if there is any kind of voltage coming out.. but if your using the other amp w/ same RCA's and power wire and all other things and settings generally equal then you pretty much answered the question..

If there is no output on the amp.. then there is no output on the amp.. only thing i can recommend is disconnecting the fuse for a little bit.. to discharge the power out of the amp, then plug it back in..

I have seen newbies when they install not take the fuse out or other ppl in general that have the remote wire hot when they go to plug it in and arch on the power or ground.. and sometimes the amp will turn on fine, no protection and have no output.. sometimes you can disconnect the power for a good while and then reconnect and it will resolve the problem..

just an idea..
