Hey Guys,
Need help choosing wiring for my install, and rather buying from the installer, I think it would be smarter if I had my own wiring. So what do you guys suggest? All my equipment is listed in Sig. Don't know too much about wiring but I'm pretty sure I need some big stuff. Do I get an amp kit or what? Do I need to start out with 0 guage then get a 0 to 4 gauge distribution block? My VGA1600.2 has 2 power and 2 ground terminals. Should I just run the power and ground into the 1600 and then out to the VGA600.2 or should I go right from the distribution block into both amps? I don't want to spend a lot of money on wiring but then again I don't want to go with cheap wiring. What do you guys recommend? Speaker wire comes with the kits? 14 gauge or something will suffice? Can you guys provide links? Should I go with ebay? I've heard people going with Walmart too, will that due?
Also, the fuse requirments for the 600.2 is 80 amp max fuse rating and the 1600.2 is a 90 amp max fuse rating. So what do I get one fuse? At 170 or 180 amps?
Any help would be appriciated, I'm trying to get this installed this weekend.
Thanks
Jordan
