Need Help with Tailgating Setup

I built a Sub/Speaker box to run off a Deep Cycle Battery for tailgating season coming up. Going to position this right out the back of my SUV. First time hooking up Car Stereo Equipment.

I have the RS900 VR3 6x9 Speakers and one subwoofer. Dont know what kind or how large. Was given to me. Also, in the side of the speaker box I installed an old CD deck that has 1 set of Rear L and R outputs. The speakers run Great off the Deep Cycle battery for days without recharging. But I havent hooked up the sub yet.

I just acquired a Infinity 7541a amp. so.....

My question is. How should I hook this up? Should I just power the 6x9's off the Deck and just power the sub off this amp? Or can I hook up the 6x9's and the sub both off this amp?

get a seperate amp for 6x9s are those roadmasters, if so, those are junk, i had same kind, biggest joke ever, you could run it off deck if u have a decent headunit that has like 50w-100w built in

Yup. they are Roadmasters. i'll have to roll with these for this year then ask you guys what to get for an upgrade next year. My deck puts out 45w per channel.

So, now that I've thought about it, Here is my question. Will this amp work well to power my 1 crappy subwoofer with 6x9's powered by deck? Or should I get 2 amps. 1 amp for subwoofer and 1 amp for 6x9s.

running the 6x9s off of the deck will do what you want out of it as long as your not going for anything really loud, but running an amp off of that batt will drain it much faster than just the 6x9s, just so your aware
