Right now I have one run of 1/0 going to my back seat. I upgraded my amp to a IA 40.1. This amp has two Power wire inputs and two ground inputs. So my question is will I be all right with one run of 1/0 from the front going to two stinger batteries then coming out from the batteries with two Power wires. OR do I have to make another run from the front to the batteries? Any help is greatly appreciated.

you will be fine with a single run front to back then switchin to two at the rear batts that is what i am doing with my Z1. However you might want to run ground from the front to the back also

The extra set of terminals is just a duplicate, to hook up double wiring, or a capacitor.

Using one set is 1000% ok.
