Need help with box design

I'm wondering if anybody could help me out I'm trying to make a box for my isuzu rodeo that will fill the floor in the back the measurements have to be 40"L 29"wide 15 high Im making it this size so dogs won't keep falling off the box while driving. I have two 12" rockford t1s can somebody help I want the box as loud as possible.
