I have 2 12" kenwood subs model number KFC-W3011. They are single coil 4ohms.

How would i wire them to a mono channel amp?

I have a box that has seperate chambers and also has 2 sets of wiring connections in the back. I know i have to somehow wire the subs together but how would i do that when theres 2 seperate chambers?

The box model is QLH-12D125

I would like to wire the subs and run them at 2ohms from the amp. Im new to car audio and any help would be appreciated.

This is what i was looking at and i think i wanna do that right? The amp im going to buy will be 2ohm stable

Thanks alot

That's exactly right, or you could just run a + and - from each sub to the amp. So the amp's terminals would have 2 wires from the + and 2 from the -. It makes no difference, and might be easier in your case, since you've got separate chambers for the subs.

ok thanks and also if the amp is rated at lets say 600W rms at 2 ohms does that mean 300W will go to each sub or 600 to each sub?

Thanks
