Need help wiring new stereo

I just got a new stereo from Sony called MEX-BT3700U to replace my stolen Kenwood stereo. I think I got everything hooked up right but the problem is the CD player sound only works in the subwoofer and none of the other speakers. The odd thing is that the FM tuner works just fine on all speakers including the subwoofer. So currently I am only listening to the FM tuner until I can find out why my CD player sound is only playing in the subwoofer. I can't find the problem because the speakers are all connected correctly otherwise the FM tuner would not play as well. I am so baffled at this. Any help is appreciated. If you need any more details, please feel free to ask. Thanks very Much.

Got any details on your setup? Amps? RCA's? Direct to speakers? The HU is "new"???

sounds like u hooked up sub amp to the remote wire and you either have a 4 channel or a factory amp and its turn on is tied to the power antenna wire in your dash. the power antenna wire in ur dash most likely blue needs to be tied to the remote wire from ur radio not the power antenna wire

very common issue

but post up make model year of car and what ur setup is

Yes i see this all the time---the p ant wire(solid blue) loses power when the CD is inserted, normally used to send the power antenna down, and the amp remote (blue/white) stays powered any time the radio is on. Most of the time all the amps are wired to the antenna remote and you lose all sound when the cd goes in; sometimes, the amps get wired to the two seperate wires and this problem occurs..

Need to wire all amp remotes to the Blue/White remote lead on the back of the HU...
