Need Help!!! Sub Doesnt Turn On!!!

ok, setup is l7 powered by a orion 2400d.

The sub wiring is right because i triple checked it. and we tested it with a 2ch amp and it bumped.

now the thing is when on master, the sub doesnt move at all. but when in slave it bumps ever so slightly. barely anything.

what did we do wrong?

never heard of a 2400d or a 'sub turning on'..

Master & Slave = Channel 1 & 2?

I had a problem w/ 2 10" type-r's once... had em wired down to 2ohm each going into a monoblock. One was provided adequate power, the other you could barely hear.

How is the sub wired, btw?

its a monoblock so only one channel. it has 4 terminals though for easier wiring but are internally bridged. goes like this ++--

subs are 4ohm are wired to 2 ohm. im pretty sure wiring is correct because i checked it multiple times making sure its not the sub wiring. also i tried an old 2 channel amp. and it bumped fine when i bridged it + - + -

i used terminals 1 and 3.
