need help smoke??

sounds like either of few things :

You're getting fequency sent from the head unit (weather it be intended or not intended) and the amplifier is just replicating that fequency with a/c attached at full volume.

or...

your amp's singal inputs are fubar and it's still sending a fequency to the sub at full power until the sub smoked

or...

your amp is toast and just sending DC to the sub.

 
ifits the dc power from the output how can i fix that is is a manufacture issue i just bought this amp refurb .
well then you should look at your return options.

and look at buying at least one new sub.
