Need help! on what amp i should buy

I need some help on picking the best amp. What i dont understand is how the ohms work with each channel. And help would be awesome

I have a set of JBL GTO608C 6.5-Inch 2-Way Component

Rms:70 watts/ Peak:210 watts/ 2ohms (front)

The rear set of Kicker 41KSC674 6-3/4" 2-Way Coaxial Speaker. Rms:100watts/ Peak:200watts/ 4 ohm

Head unit is a Kenwood DPX301U

Whats your maximum budget?How much space do you have for the amp/willing to give up?Im running the same HU in my work truck on 2 sets of Hertz Coax/6.5s, and a pair of Polk DB6.5s for each door on an old JBL GTQ400,Dayton 10ho on an old school Mean Machine 66hc@2ohms

Money is not a problem. But i really dont want to spend more than 150$ but if needed i will. As for space it will most likely go under my seat. Space a bit limited. I drive a 2002 tundra access cab. I know i need a four channel amp. But idk on if my rear 4 ohm speakers can run on a 2 ohm channel or vice versa

Great little amp..I have this as well as the 1000.1 and the 600.2.Plenty of power and great space saver.This 4 ch will be all you need and with plenty of head room to run a bit cooler being under the seat.placing a spacer under ea. mounting tab/enough for some air circulation underneath will allow for cooling for operation.
