Ya, Wal-Mart has a whole section dedicated to it. Usually next to the towels.

All joking and misspelling aside. Just about any headunit will work depending on what features you need.

If you can afford it, get the DEH-7800MP with full OEL display. Awesome display, great features and sub controls.

Also, Look into the Kenwood Excelon Lines. Awesome sound quality, and great feature bang for the buck. Just don't get the decks that have the 496 color TFT screen, I've heard of recent 'buzz' issues made from the actual display itself, not the unit.
