Need Help On Amp!!! Blown Or Not

i bought a audiobahn 2400 watt flame amp a year ago.. i barely blast it and its less then quarter of the way up.. out of nowhre it stopped working. i dont know anything about wireing or what not. i checked the fuses and they are not blown.. i really hope its not blown because i payed alot of a amp that was recomended to me so i would go through this situation. ive had crap amps in the past and they never blew.. please help!

How did you set the gains?

Did you check the coil reading on the subs?

The remote turn on?

im sorry i had the installed awhile ago. i know nothing about amps or subs.. i checked the sides of the amp to make sure all the wires were in which they were.. is there something else on the amp i should check??? also if theres something wrong with the subs wouldnt the amp still work when i turn the car on??

anybody know anything about it? is there a button or something on the amp that could have been hit on accident to shut off the amp. it might sound stupid but i had the amp turned low and the next day i noticed it wasnt on

it was installed at sound 1 a place in connecticut near my house.. and when the amps on it has a neon blue glow everywhere that goes one right when i turn my car on.. now i turn my car on and nothing happens at all....i really hope its not blown i spend $450 on it and barely ever turned it up that loud.. the amp was screwed onto the back of my sub box and i checked an hour ago and one side of the amp detached from the back of the box.. it might sound stupid but i thought maybe something happened when it came from the back of the box. i checked the 4 fuses on the amp and there fine and the fuse under the hood and thats fine.. the digital cap isnt workin either

Do you have a multimeter?

Id meet you somewhere to help you out if I was home right now...

Look on the sides of the amp for any leds you see. If there are any, turn the amp on and see which ones light up.
