Need Help. LOC or Not?

I have 2012 F150 Platinum with Sony/Nav/Sync and factory Sub. I'm installing new door speakers all around being pushed by 4ch. amp and a new sub with mono amp. Both Amps have level controls, so would that act as a LOC?? If I do need one how many channels?

Check out an lc6i. It will restore the factory bass loss with the stock hu.

The 6I doesn't have the acubass, the 7 or 2 do. Unless I'm mistaken.

The amp has line level inputs -- basically small in line LOC's, which would work, but if you want to avoid the high volume bass attenuation a lot of stock radios do then yes, you'll need a line output converter -- one with bass processing like the Audiocontrol LC7i or LC2i.
