my buddy bought a jensen mb9311ts and we're trying to bypass the parking break ground. It requires a "pulse" so he bought a toggle switch. We grounded the wire from the switch to a bolt under his seat and ran the pink wire from the deck to the other "prong" on the switch. We tried to do the sequence but nothing works. We're also tried to do this technique:

if we do it this way do we just ground the pink wire to any ground w/out the toggle switch? or just leave it ungrounded??
If we went the toggle route does it matter where we ground the toggle switch to???
