Honestly Id look for a little more power.Id look at amps with at least 150 watts.Although those amps are pretty under rated so it mght work for you.

what are you gona use this amp with?..woofers?.i doubt that..or speakers?..(mids & highs)

 
If you are a noob that amp will be fine. I wouldent run anything higher than RMS power to the components unless you know what you are doing.

I would try a pair of Bass Blockers on the rear speakers. I always place them on Coax. speakers generally, Should help quite a bit I like PAC ones...
