Need help configuring 2 speakers + sub on a 4 channel Amplifier

See attached drawing. Could someone help me configure the amplifier for this setup? (It's a cheap $100 system, I just want to get OK sound)

1) Where do I connect the RCA? To #3 and #4 ?

2) I want the subwoofer to play all the bass. Speakers should only play mid and treble. How would I adjust the dials to achieve that?

3) Can I plug a phone with jack--> RCA direct to the amp without using a CD-player?

4) Which is low pass/high pass in my setup?

1) probably 1 and 2..do you only have 1 set of rcas ?

2)what ever channels you hook the sub to,have it on low pass around 80-100hz. High pass the mids/highs about the same.

3)yes

4)#11 is the switch...10 and 12 are the frequencies
