Tell me why I am wrong.... wiring help needed plz

I have 4 speakers hooked up to an amp.I also have 2 factory speakers hooked directly up to the head unit.I have no sub hooked up at this time. If i have my amp off my 2 factory speakers produce decent bass.If i have my amp on it still produces good sound just not much bass at all.

Is this something that i should not do?If so why? Input, suggestion please!!

i would run tweeters and rears on hu and speakers off amp.. oh because u want front speakers louder than rears many of us don't even care about rear fill.. i assumed u meant 6x9 rear deck right? also what do u have?, if it's powerful enough run doors and tweeters on 2 channel bridge other 2 to 1 sub have more bass, the rest from hu...

the way we do things we don't care about rear speakers because we have subs and don't need "bass" from 6x9., i have the wimpyist system on here.. some of the guys have 3.5k watts (real wats not like your 1000 or my 1600 amps, like 7x more than my amp) to 2- 8" subs so they wouldn't be able to hear rear speakers anyway in most cases., i can barely hear mine but i have all my speakers on hu (kenwood 301 22 rms x4 24bit d/a convertor 5vpreamp outputs $119) my speakers sound great just off of hu but i have it faded 75% to door speakers. this help with sound stage (other words u want vocals and highs in front of u not behind u, last car i took rear speakers out)... your amp is really about 75rms x 4 or so not really gonna run a sub so i would run kicks and doors on it with high pass xover on like 100hz and tweets and rears on hu (hopefully it has hp xover if so set it on too) but then u will have no bass which brings me to next thing get a 2nd amp and sub don't have to be expensive just not total crap.. so if u want cheap amp and sub amazon has ct sounds amp (probably more powerful than your amp), ported box and 12" sub for $150 and they have really good reviews and class d amp isn't huge so won't kill your electrical or anything.. if u go that way u would need at least 4 ga wire so u can split it off into 2 8 ga to each amp

I guess what I'm trying to achieve is getting Bass from my six by nines and Both 6 inch speakers. They were fine before because I had a subwoofer and amp but I ended up blowing it on a 6 hour drive. I had m-5 subwoofer. And I still have the amplifier which is a Memphis Audio MC1.1100 1100Wx1 Ch @ 1 ohm. Try think I'm trying establish decent bass from the factory six that's hooked up to the head unit. And the amp 6 kicker panel. And the amped 6x9. The issue that I'm running into is when I have amplifier on the door doesn't produce that much Bass. But if I have the amplifier off the door factories produce decent bass. At that I think it produces more Bass then when I have them all on.

do what sounds best to u i guess.. can u see bottom of 6x9's in trunk?, if so put some sound deadening or anything u can stick or screw up there to cover it so they will have a box it'll give u some bass.. since u have a nice sub amp, what box was sub in? what size was it, still have box? look for sub to replace it $70-$130 will do it for that amp..

Sounds like you got your speakers out of phase.
