cover the door handles in KY jelly. Lots of it. Crisco would work too, but KY is slicker. Use washable spray paint and paint the windows black.

if they leave a window open, thrown tons of glitter in it. it will be so hard to vacuum all the glitter up! the will have glitter for months.

make a fake time bomb with a countdown timer and attach it to the car. run random wires in many colors into vents and panel joints etc.

put an exhaust whistler on the tailpipe (brother's idea)

Add a fart machine or a horn with a remote underneath the car and keep setting off the horn when they try to get in the car

fill the gaps at the top of the doors with sand or sugar etc so when they open the door it pours down on them

stick wet toilet paper to the windows, put condoms over the antenna, mirrors, wipers

um,cover the door handles in honey so they attract mass bees

one funny prank that really turns into two...is go to the mall or supermarket and take a plate off a vehicle that is nothing like the "Marks" ...ride ...swap license plates but wear thin gloves....when doing this so no prints are shown.....That way when his plates are run....he will get pulled over and be cluless...while across town someone else is being pulled over for no plates....if you have the time you could pull a vice versa on two friends....That way the cops will be pissed and write it off as a prank...once the plates are returned to the original owners...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

the best is to take a ziploc bag and fill it up with motor oil and duct tape it to the exhaust manifold when the bag heats up it will bust spilling the oil on the hot exhaust pipe and smoke like crazy
