need help/advice with system build

right now i have a new 4400 pioneer headunit.4 x 6.5 in all the doors  ......tweeters arent hooked up yet.........the rest  i have 2 runs of 1 aught going to trunk from engine bay,   nothing connected yet.     i have to 2  new  2018 black coil series 12 in orion hcca subs    in my storage unit.   no box yet   but have a few in mind..   i  bought a high output alternator  from apex alternators   325 amp        360 peak         stock was 80 amp       ive been stalling getting new batteries id say atleast 3 batteries in trunk maybe more just not 100% sure the way to go.       im looking for atleast 5000 watts rms    just for subs.    any help advice
